Rebuild The Dream Performance Update
After much reconsideration rapper Gerald Walker has decided that he will no longer be performing at the 2012 Rebuild The Dream Fest, which takes place May 19th in Milwaukee, WI.
Gerald, who was scheduled to perform Saturday May 19 at Washington Park, has come to this decision due to irreconcilable differences with festival promoters. He would like for all his fans planning to attend the event to know that he is sorry for any inconveniences his absence may cause.
“I’m flattered by the tweets, e-mails and Facebook messages I’ve received in anticipation of my performance at the 2012 Rebuild The Dream Festival. Unfortunately, due to licentious and uncontrollable events outside of my control - by the promoters - I will not be attending or performing this year. My team and I spend a lot of time preparing live performances that it may be memorable by you, the fans. Let me assure you all that what happened isn’t typical and I want to extend my sincere apologies,” he explained.
Gerald remains busy working on his latest project, “On Your Side,” with Taylor Gang beat-smith, Cardo, (alongside DJ Rockstar & DJ Ill WIll) which drops July 9th, 2012 and will be on the road in the near future giving his fans another chance to catch him live in concert.
